I absolutely loved the concept that Kristin had for their engagement shoot. She knew she wanted to do a movie poster invitation, incorporating the idea of kissing in a tree. Of course, because I looooooove trees, I was thrilled and had so much fun incorporating the various ideas and phrases of the childhood chant. 
When it comes to engagement sessions, I’m up for anything!! Give me a theme or some sort of inspiration and I’m off and running with it!!!

This is totally not related to this post. But….my husband is an aspiring photographer and I’m at a loss as to what to get him for Christmas. Any ideas for something totally rocking but not too terribly expensive.
OH…he is shooting with a Canon 40D now, but will be upgrading to the 5D Mark II soon.
@Jess: HA!! Sure I can help… Resident photo girl to the rescue! The Lensbaby is a very novelty gift for a photographer - I know that I personally have always toyed with the idea of getting one, but would probably not be likely to buy one just for fun. So - it’s probably something he doesn’t have, and might find fun to experiment with. It’s definitely a lot less expensive than most other things I’d recommend, and less expensive than the Tilt-Shift alternative!! http://lensbaby.com/

I love the whole theme! I thought the pictures were adorable, but when I saw the invitations, I loved it even more! So creative! The LOVE shot is awesome!

I love these pics, the “love” pic is my all time favorite!!! You take the best pics, I wish I was in New England, I can’t seem to find any MD photographers who do great work and aren’t thru the roof expensive…
