Leigh Miller, Coronado, CA Vendor: Photographer Website: Leigh Miller Photography About Me: People often ask me how I got my start in wedding photography. The truth is i fell into it. Almost by accident. But after my first wedding I was sold. I moved full force ahead. And within a year I went full-time leaving behind my life as a therapist and social worker. And the rest, as they say, is history. In November I celebrated my 3rd year of being a full-time photographer! Today, I feel so blessed to get to do something I love and to work with amazing couples all over the country and world! I have traveled to the Bahamas, Jamaica, all over Mexico and all the way to England to shoot weddings. I live in southern California with my husband, two sons, two really loud birds and a short, fat yellow lab named Mrs. Jones. All, at various times, make an appearance on my blog.
About leighmiller

I'm posting goobs of photos from Audrey and David's wedding! I just couldn't help myself. These two are just too cute. They were so fun to work with that day and have such great personalities, I knew the wedding day would be great too. Everything turned out perfectly! The weather was beautiful, the couple was laid back and happy, and friends and family just filled with excitement. Hope from Pink Papaya Events did a wonderful job with the event design. I loved the deep purples. So without further delay, here are some of my favorite photos from Audrey and David's spectacular wedding day at the Darlington House in La Jolla.

This is one of the craziest coincidences ever at a wedding that I've shot. I saw this book on the bookshelf A Married Adventure written by Osa Johnson in 1940. Osa and her husband Martin are from the same part of southeast Kansas where I lived as a teenager.

They look like such a fun couple :)
Also, I love her lace shrug and bride’s maid dresses.
