When Polaroid announced that it would no longer sell its iconic instant film, you just knew they were coming up with something super cool to complement the new digital lifestyle. With so many guests having digital cameras and cell phone cameras now, why not just let them print a picture from their own camera? The Pogo is the funnest little gadget - and it’s actually even cheaper at Best Buy. I’ve seen it there for $79!
When I played with it, it couldn’t pair with my cell phone (the LG Dare). But at a wedding, you’d probably be using a camera and not a cell phone to take pictures anyway.
To get around the iPhone compatibility problem, you could always transfer your iPhone photos to your computer and then print them on the Pogo from your computer. That’s an admittedly clunky process, though.
I tried one of these at the Wired store, and the quality of the photos weren’t so great. I do love the tiny size tho.
