I’m really loving these fabric flowers lately, and one bride wanted one to adorn a tulle band. She’d seen the Wendy piece of Sarah Gabriel’s and asked for something similar… and viola! Though I can take no credit for the creative beauty of the piece, I still really, really like her.

er, isn’t it called a cage veil? they come with feathers, flowers, jewels, etc.
@flowers: it’s not necessarily a cage veil, since it only goes from ear to ear. i believe a cage veil goes all the way around the head, including covering the top of the head. but i could be wrong… 
cage veils *don’t* have to cover the whole head as long as there some tulle/french thingy material or anything you make veils with but don’t make a full veil.
@flowers: thanks for the education on veils, flowers! i’m new to them, so now i feel very informed.

About Me: "Oh, My Deer!" was born out of a love for play-on-words and getting my hands dirty. I live in Music City USA in a little loft with brick walls, concrete floors and my husband.
