We are Amelia and Justin, the fab duo photographer team of Amelia Lyon Photography (well, at least WE think we’re fabulous)!
We have two beautiful boys and they are the daily delight of our life.
Simply put we LOVE our job and have a blast telling the stories of our clients through our images. Not only do we get to be a part of people on the happiest day of their lives, but we also get to party while we work!
We are MORE than excited to have recently joined the Weddingbee Pro hive! We’ll be posting some of our favorite weddings, engagement photos, ideas that we love from events we photograph, and even details that are sure to inspire. We look forward to a fantastic 2009! Yeah for Orange County! I second AliCherri on posting OC engagement spots. Although I live in OC now, I’m originally from SD and we are trying to decide which place to do engagement photos at.
Also…maybe we can have an OC bee meet up? I am noticing a lot of the pros are from the area!
Are you guys LDS? I always get a little suspicious when I see people posting high volumes of weddings with brides wearing temple approved gowns (LDS brides tend to refer their photogs to other LDS brides). I think you guys are absolutely amazing and I’ve been following along on your blog for forever!
I think you two are FABULOUS as well! Which is probably why my fiance and I are having you shoot our special day

I randomly stumbled onto your blog a couple of months ago through another wedding website and FELL IN LOVE with the photos you took at a beach wedding on 8.08.08. They’re absolutely gorgeous! I am just starting my planning, but I determined to have you do my photos, one way or another.
