Everyday Flowers.

I sell a lot of felt bouquets with button flowers mixed in, but you really don’t need to order a full felt bouquet to get the same pretty effect every day at home.

Of course this translates just fine to wedding bouquets, too. This little yellow nosegay would be so cute for a flower girl. Imagine this….

Summer farmhouse wedding, warm breeze, a big red weathered barn and a patchwork quilt of farmland, and a flower girl in bee wings blowing bubbles down the aisle.

Or this one.

The bride, in her grandmother’s vintage lace tea-length wedding dress, looks outside her dressing room window into the garden of the churchyard where she sees her friends and family beginning to gather, chat, laugh, hug. Slipping into her blush-colored peep-toe heels, she picks up her bouquet and descends the stairs.

I LOVE this idea - I love your flowers, but I also wanted fresh flowers… I don’t know why it never occurred to me to mix the two.

What a great way to take your wedding bouquet and incorporate it in your home decor for the rest of your life. Makes me really wish I had done this now!
