Courtney @ Flush Designs's Picture
Flush Designs, Pasadena Vendor: Invitations, Event & Floral Design, Photography Website: Flush Designs About Me: Flush Designs is run and owned by me, Courtney C. Keefe de Jauregui. It is all encompassing, from the custom & handmade invitations seen at my website, to full exploration in event styling and design, to flower arranging, to playing sidekick and second shooter to my husband's wedding photography. I am working on becoming a wedding "One stop shop". :) I am a graduate in fine art painting, but a self taught graphic designer. As I still needed to get my hands dirty, I started taking letterpress classes, thus becoming my new love. When I am not busy working (usually still in my pajamas) and telling myself to remember to buy a new chair (this one hurts), I am singing to my 3 cats and enjoying a cold pint with my husband at our favorite local Irish pub. Maybe it's in the reverse order. :)
About Courtney @ Flush Designs
These are quick photos of my wedding programs. I had made 4 versions of different collages of notes, drawings, journal entries and fun items {The Giving Tree} that we gave each other from our 10 years of dating. Some of them were in my husband's wallet for 10 years so they were folded and dirty, but it made it more fun. I printed the ceremony program on the back with a poem that I wrote in place of the “order of service” and I made up names for all involved. It was so fun to watch people trying to collect all 4 versions.

I love this — I was thinking of using a few digital scans of our love notes for the vellum insert in our programs, and yours have confirmed that I definitely should!

What a sweet relationship you guys have, and I love how you were so willing to share it with all of your guests (and I guess all of us now).

This is an amazing idea. My hubby to be and I have been dating for 7 1/2 years and it will be 8 by the time we say, “I Do!” I never thought of taking our love notes and making a program. AWESOME!
