We are so delighted to have been invited to be guest bloggers on Weddingbee Pro! We’ve been fans for quite some time and love the group of pros that are collected on these pages — we’re honored to be joining the party!
We started Hello!Lucky over five years ago when we fell in love with letterpress printing. We immediately got a hand-cranked Vandercook printing press on ebay and installed it in Eunice’s (somewhat leaky!) garage. We started by designing a line of greeting cards, which we took to the National Stationery Show in 2003 (we had a sad total of, oh, about 8 cards, but found some willing buyers nonetheless!), and soon moved on to designing custom invitations for all occasions.

We launched our wedding collection in 2005 with the creation of our Cherry Blossom design for the editors at Martha Stewart Weddings. The publicity was enough to get us in the wedding biz (for reals!), and we came out with our first collection of 25 or so designs, ranging from vintage to romantic to modern, all with our trademark whimsical and down-to-earth vibe.

We specialize in custom design, like this fruit-crate-inspired design for an apple farm wedding in Cape Cod, above, or this orchid invitation, created for a wedding at the Singapore Botanical Gardens, below.

Fast forward to the present day, and we couldn’t be happier doing what we do! We love brainstorming card and invitation designs in our cozy San Francisco studio, and just wrote a book, Handmade Hellos, on DIY cardmaking featuring some of our favorite stationery artists. We’re also excited to be collaborating with a handful of our favorite designers on new invitation collections, like this fab destination series by Lab Partners.

We’re so excited to be joining Weddingbee Pro & looking forward to exchanging ideas and inspiration with everyone!
Warm regards,
Eunice and Sabrina Moyle
