After seeing the Marie Antoinette post the other day, Jane, our very first employee and quality control extraordinaire, brought me this gorgeous book! It’s a very old book (date unknown) filled with loose pages of hand drawn and painted fashions from mostly the 1800’s! The drawings are so beautiful, the fashions are amazing, and this totally goes with the Marie Antoinette inspiration.
Something that Jane pointed out, was that so many of the fashions actually look quite wedding-like, which was pretty cool. Check out all the bustles, and intricate details. I am smitten with the black and white ensemble below. That is absolutely amazing!
