Courtney @ Flush Designs's Picture
Flush Designs, Pasadena Vendor: Invitations, Event & Floral Design, Photography Website: Flush Designs About Me: Flush Designs is run and owned by me, Courtney C. Keefe de Jauregui. It is all encompassing, from the custom & handmade invitations seen at my website, to full exploration in event styling and design, to flower arranging, to playing sidekick and second shooter to my husband's wedding photography. I am working on becoming a wedding "One stop shop". :) I am a graduate in fine art painting, but a self taught graphic designer. As I still needed to get my hands dirty, I started taking letterpress classes, thus becoming my new love. When I am not busy working (usually still in my pajamas) and telling myself to remember to buy a new chair (this one hurts), I am singing to my 3 cats and enjoying a cold pint with my husband at our favorite local Irish pub. Maybe it's in the reverse order. :)
About Courtney @ Flush Designs

I just decided to make this!

I thought it would be a cute idea for those that have fiancés that are into golf or those that are getting married at a golf club. I bought them in white and natural and painted some blue. You could paint them any color to match your wedding.

What do you think? Cute? Yes or no? I say heck ya this is supa cute!! There are no flowers so you can make them in the weeks leading up to your wedding. You get like 50 tees for $4; how’s that for a cheap DIY? Especially after you just spent half your budget on your dress. :)

Here are some more angles of the same.

I was planning on making this non-flower theme boutonnieres an on going project… seems to be a big hit. :) I have ideas brewing for a fly fisherman (could also be a lakeside wedding) and an engineer, a photographer, a carpenter, …… Anyone have some ideas that might challenge me? :)

@Becca:
Golf tees
Acrylic paint
Hot glue
Twine
& Fun

@Mrs. Avocado: I could shoot myself in the foot and do DIY invites… but that would be silly. :)

Maybe the first response of that nature that I’ve received in all of this planning! These are amazing and I will definitely be borrowing this idea too!!
