I've been doing these wedding flowers for almost a year now, and my first brides are starting to get married now. One of those brides is Yolande, an Aussie who has the most bubbly personality ever! Not bubbly-annoying, just really genuinely kind, and she was so excited to work with me, which made it fun to work with her. Know what I mean?
When she told me that she wanted her flowers COMPLETELY white — minimal beige/pink/cream/off-white colors I would normally add to give a little dimension — I was initially kind of dubious that they would look good that way. But they did all look good together when there were so many, and when I saw her photos and I saw the flowers up against her pure white dress and the black bridesmaid dresses, I knew she was right about the color choice.

I made her flowers (90 of them!) but didn't wrap them up into bouquets. She did that herself.

I love this picture. Look how excited she is! That is what it is all about.

I have one of those wedding shots, too — giggling uncontrollably on stage with our officiant.
Congratulations on your marriage, and best wishes to you and your husband and your kiddos, Yolande!
