Well, this post began with the amazing mushroom meringue cookies Emily brought me the other day. A friend of her mother's made them, and they look so real!! I fell in love with these, and then I started to notice all the fun mushroom inspiration we have around the office.

From top to bottom: {mushroom meringues} via Emily; {adorable miniature mushroom} with little man made by Mary Wiley; and finally this {great pot} a friend made for us, filled with moss and these great mushrooms!

Above are some other mushroom items I have spotted all around. From top to bottom: {collage} this great collage of vintage elements from Etsy artist Mulberrymuse; {baby slippers} these adorable mushroom slippers are made from recycled wool with leather bottoms via 4pippi on Etsy; {mushroom illustrations} these amazing mushroom illustrations are via Jessica Doyle on Etsy; {mushroom studio} oh, how I wish I had one of these!! Via Sonja Ahlers; {mushroom forest side table} I totally need one of these Forest and Fawn side tables!! I spotted it first on Bloesom!

Here is how mushroom inspiration translates into our work. From top to bottom: {mushroom coasters} hand-letterpressed; {letterpress notes}; {Kimmy stationery}.
