About nancyliuchin

The responseĀ on my previous post By the Numbers was such a hit that I’m doing it again. :)

What goes into a floral wreath? For this beautiful hot pink, pink and orange wreath, we chose to use a combination of roses, dahlias, hydrangea.

Here's my recipe for this 24 inch floral wreath -

7 Stems of Hot Pink Hydrangea
24 Stems of Hot Pink Roses
24 Stems of South American ‘Orange’ Roses
10 stems of Two tone Spray roses
10 Stems of Orange Dahlias
10 Stems of Hot pink Dahlias
10 stems of Green Hydrangea
1 Round Wreath Foam
2 pieces of 14 inch chicken wire
1 Bolt of 3 inch wide ribbon
1 Bowl Tape
3 to 4 cloth covered wire

Happy Bride = priceless!

I am glad you posted this, it gives a sense of how many flowers actually go into a wedding floral creation and how much work. Level sets expectations about the cost of floral pieces
