Megan and Evan

June 29th, 2009 @ 10:54 am by Emilie @ Emilie Inc. Photography

Megan and Evan met their freshman year at the University of Vermont, and started dating soon after. They were engaged at Orrs Island and returned from NYC, where they are living now, for an outdoor wedding at the Harpswell Inn. It was a classic New England summer day, complete with plenty of black flies to go around for all! Whitney did a fantastic job capturing the essence of the day.

Love this simple bedroom shot… especially the burned out lightbulb and drawn shade. Truly feels like we just happened upon this scene.

I love that bedroom shot, with the little puddle of train, and their altar / ceremony shots are just beautiful (of course, I always appreciate a good ceremony shot!).

The groom looks so good with the scruffy beard. And those eyes… cute couple and nice wedding. Thanks for sharing
