Wedding Blossoms

July 20th, 2009 @ 11:37 am by Sarah @ Parrott Design Studio

The flowers on this invitation really pop with another favorite color combination - pink, black, & white. The bride is having gerber daisies and bright pink roses for her flowers. Instead of using both flowers, we chose to use the color of the roses and the image of a daisy. Paired with a clean serif font in all caps and the swoops of Feel, the invitations are modern and with a touch of fun!

I loved the little reception card. The bride wanted to use two different colors of paper so I used bright pink paper for this card and the accommodations card, which was double-sided to include directions {always looking for ways to use less paper!}. I then mixed the pink ink by hand to match the paper for the flowers on the invitations and rsvp.
