I met them at the Wedding Salon the other night and was so blown away I could not wait to tell you about them! I could not get over the Chocolate Ganache lollipop bar they created. The lollipops were topped with candied roses and violets! Seriously! And they were to die for! The tri-color heirloom tomato soup had the subtlest hint of basil and was amazing. The watermelon with verbina mousse and micro basil had a little surprise when you put it in your mouth - neutral pop rocks!! For an unexpected fizziness. LOVE LOVE LOVE! The cool thing is not only do they do weddings and events but Chef Paul also hosts cooking classes including: Fantastic Fois Gras and Trader Joes Treasures…yes please! Sign me up!
