I had the opportunity to work with this exquisite palette for a wedding in August.
Jessica and Khalid were married at the Austin Museum of Art at Laguna Gloria in sunny Austin, TX.
The colors were Tiffany blue, different shades of red and touches of grey. Birds were an important element, inspired and adopted from the Lenox Chirp China collection. The flowers were dahlias and roses for the bridal bouquets and carnations for the centerpieces.
The inspiration board: That is the actual building the couple got married in! It feels like it belongs in Morocco, no?

The B is for the couple’s married name. Birds were incorporated since it was a key element carried throughout the wedding, including the stationery. A cluster of flowers sits on the bottom left corner: mums, rose, carnation and dahlia with grey beading.
