Kristin Brancaleone, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA Vendor: Floral Designer Website: The Treasured Petal About Me: The Treasured Petal is a reflection of my love for scrumptious flowers, yummy textures, colors, ribbons, and all the other girly splurges that being a florist allows me to enjoy on a daily basis. Although I don't discriminate when it comes to flowers, my two favorites would have to be cattleya orchids and gloriosa lilies, which I carried in a ginormous bouquet on my wedding day. When I'm not crafting wedding florals and consulting with brides, I am usually at the dog park with my dogs Pesto and Basil, cooking healthy vegan dinners, watching Seinfeld with my husband Joe, at Bible study, or scouring craigslist for antique furniture to fill up my new house. I am also kind of a home-body and really love sipping tea in my pajamas while working my way down my google reader blog list!

Sultry Spanish Details

December 3rd, 2009 @ 1:53 pm by Kristin @ The Treasured Petal

What a treat! Last week I received a disc of images from super talented Jeff of Jeffrey Neal Photography.  I promised more details from this Casa Romantica wedding, so here you go!

Barbara’s bouquet- sexy, sexy!

De-petaled chocolate cosmos gave Aaron’s calla lily bout a little something special.

Each bridesmaid carried their own unique flower. From left to right: black magic roses, burgundy cymbidiums, matsumoto asters, spray roses, and tulips.

w20678303

Tall wooden pillars topped with funky red flowers in hand-finished silver vases. Find out how I made them here. The red hanging amaranthus added a touch of drama.

Triumphant!!!

Some reception details, styled perfectly by my pal Christina of Simply Modern Weddings.

Coffee beans and black lace helped take plain glass cylinders up a notch. Gorgeous red and black florals (lilies, orchids, dahlias, roses, and more) made sweet cocktail centerpieces for this tapas style wedding.

To me, no flower says flamenco more than deep red oriental lilies!

This desserts table by Sweet and Saucy was so darling! Melody has such a signature style. You see her work, and you just know it’s her! That sugar dahlia is so realistic, like a mini sculpture. And the piping perfectly mimics the embroidery in the linens.

We’ll end with these portraits of the gorgeous couple!

Ugg Boots, also called Ug or Ugg boots, are nowadays one of the most popular boots. They existed already in 1930’s and became popular in 1960’s when Australian surfers found out, that they can warm their feet after coming out from cold water. They have everything you need-comfort and warmth. You will never be cold in those boots because 100% sheepskin will warm you even in the coldest days. The natural thermal properties of sheepskin make possible that Ugg Boots will warm you in the winter but in the summer your feet will not be wet.It is true that Ugg is shorter from ugly, but if you know even little bit about fashion you will know that Ugg boots are not ugly.We can see famous people like Pamela Anderson or Kate Hudson wearing Ugg Boots.uggslike.com

Nowadays we have new improved Ugg boots for sale. You can get them for anybody. We have women boots, children boots, slippers and casuals.

Our UGG Australia Boots are all authentic.Their properties and features as below:

*In cold temperatures, the fleece works as an insulating layer of warmth and keeps the warmth of body heat inside of the boot.
*In the heat, the wool fibers keep the air circulating; thus keeping your fee dry and pulling the perspiration away from your skin.Sheepskin also contains lanolin, which moisturizes your feet when worn barefoot.
*ugg boots have reinforced toes, which are double stitched and extra durable heels.
*feature a natural, thick fleece on a removable in-sole for arch support.
*The sole is usually durable in most terrain, lightweight and provides traction as well.-uggslike.com

I LOVE the style of this wedding. The bridal bouquet is gorgeous and I love the look of the linens with the centerpieces…it’s a fantastic execution of a black/white/red palette!
