We recently did this invitation with one of our fabulous retailers, Salutations in Chapel Hill and the results are quite fabulous! The couple chose our Adam Scott collection, which is shown flat printed, but like all of our designs, can also be letterpressed. The thing I love about the Adam Scott is that it features a vintage monogram, meaning depending on each couple's initials this invitation can look very unique. It adds a nice custom element! The couple chose a classic color palette of gold and black, which I think looked stunning.

The invitation envelopes were printed 2-color (I LOVE that!). Thanks Salutations, for being always being such a pleasure to work with!
We are huge fans of Silvana di Franco photography, so when she sent over this amazing wedding luncheon she recently shot, I was so excited to share. Of course it helps to have an amazingly talented photographer such as Silvana, however an utterly chic bride and groom doesn't hurt either. The luncheon took place at the Harvest Moon Cafe in Sonoma, and they took care of the food and that amazing cake. I adore the simple yet amazingly gorgeous vibe this event had, and it shows that a luncheon reception can absolutely be fabulous and chic.

The outdoor reception with wildflower centerpieces was so perfect to complete the look. The decor and details were DIY by the bride. WOW! This is a completely different approach to DIY than what we are seeing so much of these days and I absolutely adore it! Very sophisticated yet still personal.

I have been so inspired by this fabulous ad for The Langham Hotel in London that I created an inspiration board around it… next stop invitations! I mean seriously check out her pretty dress with hot pink tights and matching pumps! How glamorous does this place look - not to mention the touch of whimsy as she is carried away by butterflies! Yes please! Can you picture a bridal shower with this as its inspiration…

I am so excited to introduce to you Primal Alchemy, a catering group in Los Angeles that prides itself on sustainable catering. I met them at the Wedding Salon the other night and was so blown away I could not wait to tell you about them! Chef Paul makes it a point to use fresh, local and organic ingredients and insists on customizing each menu for each client. LOVE this! Here are a few pictures that Chef Paul shared with us…

Ok so while visiting my parents in Park City the other day, I stumbled across this absolutely perfect packaging in their freezer and I was jumping up and down I was so excited. The packaging is for this all natural, amazing gelato called Talenti. The packaging reminds me of a lush body scrub, however it holds actual gelato! How fun! Some of the fabulous flavors include Caramel Cookie Crunch, Argentine Dulce de Leche, and Old World Eggnog. See for yourself…

I am feeling very Halloween inspired lately, and not in the traditional orange and black/pumpkin/candy corn way, but more of a dark and moody, red and black, Twilight way. You feel me?

Think cobweb covered deep red florals, blood red cocktails, and quirky fun details. When the amazingly talented Jen of Jen Huang Photography sent over this recent vineyard wedding she shot, I could not wait to share it with you. This brilliant DIY wedding took place at Boaventura Vineyard in Northern California and what a stunning location. I am a total sucker for the backyard chic vibe, with a barn, outdoor reception with colored string lights, and a vineyard in the background! Yes please! The color scheme is relaxed and fun, and the wedding seemed to be such a fun one. This is my kind of party!

I love the wildflower style bouquets and the chocolate brown converse on the groomsmen/groomsladies!
