Some weddings you just walk away from really appreciating your family. When you’re there and witness the gratefulness and love that is shown towards family, you can’t help but think about your own. That’s how I felt at Rob and Kelun’s wedding.
Their wedding in Carmel was just as beautiful and meaningful as their love towards their family. Our favorite part was the band that they had, Huckleberry Flint. Oh and we love shooting in art museums. Something about the environment that I really like that I can’t quite put my finger on. Hmmmm.

Sharine and Zack’s session was so fun to do. We went to Carmel, and there was no end to the number of cool walls, unique storefronts and dramatic backdrops. We wanted to catch the sunset for this session and were watching the clouds all day long. When we started shooting the sunset it was like the heavens were closing their garage door for the night. The dark clouds were coming down on the horizon like a heavy blanket. Made for some really nice shots. I brought my off camera flash setup to mix things up, and we ended up getting some really killer shots.
Can’t wait for their wedding in May when we get to shoot at a huge house up in Santa Cruz!
