First of all, could this couple be ANY cuter?!?! Their babies are going to be supermodels! Secondly… this wedding had EVERYONE in tears, and not just during the ceremony, but all night long! There was so much love surrounding Nicole & Darric, it was really inspiring… and I think we managed to use every kleenex in the building.

Karen & Tim had a very romantic wedding with tons of casual elegance topped off with a dollop of fun! This couple just oozes joy and happiness in everything they do. When I first talked to Karen, she had so many crazy things happen to her that would make most people pull their hair out or sink into depression - but she always managed to laugh it all off and concentrate on the positive.. I really admire strength like that!!

I have always wanted to do an engagement session at a zoo, so when Kate told me that she used to work at the Indianapolis Zoo and wanted to do her engagement session there - I was (imagine me singing this) THRIIIILLLED! I loves me a challenge!

When I found out that Lacey & Martin were BOTH art students, I knew I wanted to try some very different and experimental stuff for their engagement session! On one hand it was inspiration to step outside of the box, and on the other hand, it was a lot of pressure to create something very unique and different for a couple who already lives outside of the box in their everyday lives! I wanted to create more abstract images… strive to make unique pieces of art. Some of the things I attempted were a great success, and some were not so successful. I’ll let you be the judge.
