Sabrina & Eunice Moyle, San Francisco, CA Vendor: Invitations & Stationery Website: Hello! Lucky About Me: We (sisters Eunice and Sabrina Moyle) started Hello!Lucky in 2003 out of Eunice's garage with a hand-cranked Vandercook printing press. Since then we've created whimsical stationery and greeting card designs for almost every occasion, including wedding invitations, save the dates, thank you notes, and a line of hilarious sock monkey cards! We love crafting, flea marketing, fashion, travel, and all things paper. We're based San Francisco with a studio in London, so we're immersed in design trends from around the world!
About Sabrina & Eunice @ Hello! Lucky

We're loving these details that Chun Yee, founder of our London office, sent us of her brother's wedding! Having grown up in China & Taiwan (and being half Chinese), we love the idea of giving the traditional gold-and-red Chinese wedding palette a modern twist. Stephanie and Thomas did it to perfection! They used a folded, dual-language Cherry Blossom wedding invitation in lucky red and chocolate, and incorporated a traditional double happiness seal.

About Kristy @ Momental Designs

Thanks again to everyone for such a warm welcome here on Weddingbee PRO.  I am having such a blast blogging and truly appreciate you taking the time to read.

“Inspired Ink” began as a weekly post on my personal blog last year.  The idea is to take an image that inspired me the previous week and create a custom invitation based on that same image.  One of my favorites from earlier this year was a little number I created after finding what I call “Suspended Orchids” on Karen Tran’s enchanting blog.  I just loved the sparkle and shine she captured as the sunlight trickled through the glass spheres and felt compelled to capture the look on paper!

So each week I plan to continue my “Inspired Ink” tradition as an exclusive-to-Weddingbee PRO post! This week I chose an Edward Hopper painting titled “Le Bistro / The Wine Shop”,  1909.  The mood captured here is what I find most striking; calm and serene.  The Silvery blues, grays and a touch of sienna and scarlet (more visible in person) come together beautifully in this canvas I had the pleasure of viewing in person last week at The Whitney.

Courtney @ Flush Designs's Picture
Flush Designs, Pasadena Vendor: Invitations, Event & Floral Design, Photography Website: Flush Designs About Me: Flush Designs is run and owned by me, Courtney C. Keefe de Jauregui. It is all encompassing, from the custom & handmade invitations seen at my website, to full exploration in event styling and design, to flower arranging, to playing sidekick and second shooter to my husband's wedding photography. I am working on becoming a wedding "One stop shop". :) I am a graduate in fine art painting, but a self taught graphic designer. As I still needed to get my hands dirty, I started taking letterpress classes, thus becoming my new love. When I am not busy working (usually still in my pajamas) and telling myself to remember to buy a new chair (this one hurts), I am singing to my 3 cats and enjoying a cold pint with my husband at our favorite local Irish pub. Maybe it's in the reverse order. :)

Bridal Shower Invite!

January 9th, 2009 @ 4:28 pm by Courtney @ Flush Designs

This is an invite I created for a friend’s bridal shower. We threw her a mid day brunch on a farm. This is to tap into her nostalgic country girl!  We had horseshoes, bocce ball, and hail-bails with quilts thrown on them around the fire pit for when she opens her gifts.

The invite is linen paper with a kraft paper envelope. All ink jet printed.
