This map of Pasadena, CA was printed as a 20″ x 10″ poster for a September 2009 wedding. It features the ceremony and reception locations, local hotspots and even the couple's favorite In-N-Out and Starbucks!

The happy couple even paid a special tribute to their wedding planner, Mary Dann, in Manhattan Beach - check out the lower left hand corner to see her with “six arms” to complete a multitude of tasks!
We adore this save-the-date for a wedding taking place next year in Brasov, Romania!

The map features Brasov, within its city walls, and the outer area which includes Bran Castle, commonly known as “Dracula's Castle.” The castle is marketed as the home of Bram Stoker's title character in Dracula! It is now a museum commonly visited by tourists in the area. You can also see Poiana Brasov - the most popular Romanian ski resort!
It is such fun to depict architecture and landscape so different from that found in the United States!

We can't wait to see photos from one of our couples' wedding this past Saturday in Cape May! Here's a peek at their adorable map…
The wedding took place at the historic Macomber Hotel, and other local hotel options were depicted on the map as well - it even included a dog icon for the pet-friendly hotels!

Similar to a Los Angeles, CA map we posted last month, this Cape May, New Jersey map includes a frame around the border, which we think adds nicely to the overall look.
Congratulations to Michelle & Paul!
Having been born and raised in Texas, this Boston-based photographer returned to Austin for her September 2009 wedding! The couple decided to create an emotional map to showcase their journey to each other and life together thus far.

He was born in Pennsylvania, and both moved to Boston in 2001 where they eventually met in 2003. They chose to feature various vacations together and even their Boston Terrier, Betty. The cowboy hat on the groom is an especially fun touch!
Thank you Chelle and Adam for sharing your “Wedding Road Trip” with us!
We thought it would be fun to share another one of our new emotional maps! The emotional maps detail out a couple's journey to each other and then together to their wedding day.

This bride and groom were both born on the East Coast, shared their first date in Massachusette in 2004, and also shared their second “first date” in 2006! You can see the dates and trips that are important to them, such as their summer trip to Maine, date to the Science Museum, and winter trip to New York City.
We are so pleased to share our very first world map! A lovely couple asked us to create a map of the whole world, indicating both places they have been, and also places they have yet to travel.

We were happy to create many new icons to mark the well-known monuments such as the pyramids in Egypt, the mountains of Machu Pichu, Peru, and of course the columns in Greece!
Whether you prefer our traditional custom maps, an emotional map, or a world map, there is something for everyone and nothing we won't try!
Here is an adorable of map of Sanibel and Captiva islands down in the Gulf of Mexico that was used as a wedding announcement. The happy couple was married on Sanibel Island, then held a reception the following month back in the states. All of our maps are personal, but this bride clued us in to many of the meanings!

Here is an adorably whimsical save-the-date map that we recently did of the Dana Point, CA area.

The bride and groom wanted a fun, romatic scene chock full of their favorite locations such as Turks, Wind N Sea Restaurant, Hobbies Surf Shop and more! They even included the Old Drive-In movie theater and Market Beach Market - aka “Baby Sandwich Store” - how sweet!
The couple will wed at the Forster Mansion, and you can see from the map that they drive off on their “just married” motorcycle. ![]()
Oftentimes we get a map request for a city we've never done (first ever Idaho map in the works!). But with major cities, and sometimes islands, we often do a map for the same city two or three or more times. Here is an example of two Washington, D.C. maps.

This May 2009 wedding took place in the quaint town of Litchfield, Connecticut. The map features the reception venue, White Flower Farm. As you can see the farm has a home, horse basin and retail store. We were able to also incorporate the lovely nearby lake and of course the church were the ceremony was held.
Custom maps can be created for any town or city in any country and will feature all of the locations that exemplify you as a couple! We love being able to truly create any look to match your taste and overall wedding style.
